We Log Your IP

We only log your IP for moderation purposes and in no way, shape, or form does your IP get sold or leaked to the public. We safely store your IP on our website servers to ensure your IP is safe. If your IP was leaked to the public, you have all rights to file a lawsuit. We will handle it.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing our website, community forums, or game servers, you agree to behave in a respectful and civil manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment and Hate Speech: Any form of bullying, discrimination, or hate speech targeting players, community members, or staff will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
• Cheating and Exploiting: Utilizing third-party software, scripts, or bugs/glitches to gain an unfair advantage in the game is strictly forbidden.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be an official BM staff member, developer, or another player is grounds for removal from the platform.

2. Staff Applications and Conduct

Applying for a staff position within our community is a privilege, not a right.

• Truthfulness: All information provided in your application must be completely honest and accurate. Falsifying details will lead to immediate rejection and a ban from future applications.
• Confidentiality: If accepted, any internal staff discussions, leaks, or private information shared with you must remain confidential. Distributing staff-only material will result in termination of your role, a ban, and blacklisting.

3. User-Generated Content

Any content you submit to our website or community platforms (including forum posts, fan art, level ideas, and suggestions) must not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate your submission within our game ecosystem.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, unsafe, or off-topic without prior notice.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• BM is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
• Account sharing is strongly discouraged. Any violations of these Terms performed by someone else using your account will still apply to your account directly.

5. Account Termination and Bans

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to our website, Discord, and game servers at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

• If you are banned for violating these Terms, attempting to evade your ban using alt accounts, VPNs, or proxy services will result in extended or permanent hardware and network bans.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uptime, server stability, or the complete absence of bugs/errors. We are constantly updating the game and website to provide the best experience possible, but service interruptions may occur.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
